Explore different drink options you can make with your home espresso machine. By understanding the basics of drink building, you’ll learn to some of your favorite cafe drinks in your home. Dave Bise from La Marzocco Home will be on hand to teach you how to pull your own shots and make your favorite drinks on the La Marzocco Linea Mini.

Brewing Basics

Dylan will take you through brewing basics like coffee-to-water ratio, grind sizes, extraction, and techniques. Sit back and watch the best brew!

15-35:

First Brew

The class will go step-by-step through their first brew with Fellow's Stagg [X] Dripper and Stagg EKG Electric Pour-Over Kettle.

35-60:

Pour It Up

We'll spend the rest of the class perfecting your new brew skills, or if this isn't your first pour-over rodeo, digging into Dylan's techniques. Always wondering why Dylan does [INSERT YOUR QUESTION HERE] while brewing? Now is your time to ask and test it out for yourself! We'll have a wide variety of featured coffees from Onyx Coffee Lab on hand to brew and taste.
